The following rates are for two adults and kids 12 and under. There is an extra charge of $10 per person per night for those 13 and older. The rental can sleep up to 5 people. To reserve days, half of the balance would be due, then the remaining balance is due upon arrival. Once deposit is received a confirmation email with directions to the rental will be sent out. We accept check or money order. (Smoking in not allowed in rental or on property)


January - November rates
For 5 nights or more- $100 a night
Under 5 night stay the rate is $125 a night.
(If there are only a few nights open in between parties the rate is $100)

December rate
For five night or more- $135 a night.
Under a five night stay the rate is $165 a night.
(If there are only a few nights open in between parties the rate is $135)

There is a one time cleaning fee of $75
